Natural Bath Salt Detox

Epsom salt gently exfoliates and hydrates the skin, which may help with conditions like eczema or psoriasis. Eucalyptus and lavender have mild antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which soothes irritated skin. 

The magnesium in Epsom salt helps reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and tension when dissolved in warm water and absorbed through the skin. Eucalyptus oil adds a cooling, refreshing effect that can further ease discomfort and clear airways. The calming effect of lavender oil promotes pain relief along with deep relaxation which improves sleep quality.

How To Use: Add 1-2 cups in your tub for a relaxing bath. Add 1 tablespoon for a foot soak. Soak feet for about 20 minutes.
