Pottery Wheel Experience Workshop

Come throw some clay… on the pottery wheel that is! You can experience the joy of ceramics in this introductory fun class for anyone interested in attempting wheel thrown pottery. No prior experience needed, no expectations, it’s just to try out for fun!

What's included: 

• Instructor led 2-hour class 
• Demonstration of the wheel throwing process 
• Learn how to work with clay on the wheel
• Experimentation in making a small pot, bowl, or dish
• Attempt to make and simple glaze finish one piece to keep!

Ages: 10+ (We do not recommend children under this age to attend this workshop. We have other clay classes just for kids that they may attend.)

 ***Please note: This unique opportunity is just for a fun experience. Pottery is a process. It takes at least 3 class sessions to fully understand the basic steps of making pottery.
